RISE 2026 runs 13-14 October at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), Expo City Dubai. The show covers real estate investment, urban development, and smart cities across government, finance, development, hospitality real estate, and proptech, with around 250 exhibitors and 15,000+ attendees expected.
RISE (Global Real Estate Investment Summit & Expo) is a new real estate exhibition launched by Dubai World Trade Centre, positioned as the platform that fills Cityscape Global’s former role in Dubai’s property calendar after Cityscape relocated to Riyadh. Unlike a standalone real estate sales show, RISE is framed as a hub for city planning, infrastructure, and long-term real estate strategy — connecting policymakers, urban planners, developers, and global investors rather than just marketing individual projects. The 2026 edition runs at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), DWTC’s venue at Expo City Dubai, alongside the venue’s phased expansion.
The show carries weight because it consolidates Dubai’s push to position itself as a global real estate investment and urban-planning hub, not just a property sales market. For exhibitors, RISE sits alongside the International Property Show as one of two major Dubai real estate events on the 2026 calendar — IPS in April is closer to a traditional developer sales show, while RISE in October leans toward investment, infrastructure, and government-facing audiences.
RISE is organised across six sectors: Government & Public Authorities, Investment & Finance, Development & Planning, Hospitality Real Estate, Real Estate Services, and PropTech & Smart Cities. Exhibitors range from government entities and master developers to investment funds, proptech startups, and hospitality real estate operators. A co-located Main Stage and Nexus Stage run conference programming alongside the exhibition floor.
RISE is trade and investment-focused rather than open to general property buyers. The event expects 15,000+ real estate leaders, 250+ exhibitors, 150+ investors, and 50+ proptech startups.
