Ru’ya Careers UAE (formerly Careers UAE) runs 28-30 September 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The job event connects UAE-based employers across all sectors with Emirati and expat job seekers, with around 500 employers and 20,000+ jobseekers expected.
About Ru’ya Careers UAE
Ru’ya is the UAE’s largest annual careers and recruitment exhibition, rebranded from the long-running Careers UAE event. The show runs at DWTC over three days, with around 500 UAE-based employers running recruitment, graduate hiring, and internship programmes alongside the jobseeker audience.
The show carries weight because of Emiratisation policy. UAE federal and emirate-level Emiratisation targets require private sector employers to hire and retain Emirati talent at specific quotas, with significant penalties for non-compliance. Ru’ya is one of the main annual touchpoints between private sector recruiters and the Emirati talent pool, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) supports the show directly. NAFIS programme (the federal Emiratisation initiative) is also active at the venue.
What’s on the show floor
Ru’ya hosts employer pavilions across banking and financial services, government and semi-government entities (federal ministries, Abu Dhabi and Dubai government), technology and telecoms, healthcare, energy and utilities, hospitality and aviation, retail and FMCG, real estate and construction, and professional services. The show also features career development services (CV writing, interview coaching, mentorship), professional certification bodies, training institutions running upskilling programmes, and recruitment agencies and platforms.
