Gulfood 2027 runs 15-19 March across two venues: Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai. It’s the world’s largest annual food and beverage trade show, a Guinness World Record holder, bringing together food and drink brands, distributors, and buyers from every region.
About Gulfood
Gulfood is organised by Dubai World Trade Centre LLC and has run since 1987. The 2027 edition builds on 2026’s first-ever two-venue format, splitting the show across DWTC and the newer Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai to accommodate continued growth. It’s the consumer-facing sister event to Gulfood Manufacturing (the industrial F&B show held in November) and remains the anchor food and beverage event on the Dubai exhibition calendar.
What’s on the show floor
Gulfood is organised into product-based sectors covering fresh food, dairy, meat and poultry, beverages (including the World Food Beverage section), health and wellness/free-from foods, food service and hospitality equipment, and private label and OEM manufacturing. Country and regional pavilions bring national food boards and trade bodies together by geography, alongside dedicated halls for specific categories like world foods and speciality ingredients.

Visitors include importers, distributors, retail and supermarket buyers, hotel and restaurant procurement teams, food service operators, and private label manufacturers, sourcing from across the GCC, wider MENA, Africa, and South Asia.
