World of Coffee Dubai 2027 runs 26 to 28 January at Dubai World Trade Centre. Now in its 6th edition, it is the Middle East’s specialty coffee trade show, with roasters, green coffee traders, equipment makers and cafe operators from across the region and beyond.
About World of Coffee Dubai
World of Coffee Dubai is organised under the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) banner and run in partnership with DMCC, which reflects Dubai’s position as a regional coffee trading hub. The 2026 edition drew around 17,000 attendees and 450 exhibitors, and the show has grown each year since its 2021 launch. It covers the full specialty coffee chain, from green bean trading to roasting equipment to finished cafe and retail concepts.
What’s on the show floor
The floor is split between exhibitor stands and feature zones. The Roaster Village groups roasting equipment manufacturers with live demonstrations. The Brew Bar and Cupping Room let visitors taste and evaluate coffee from exhibiting producers. The SCA Community Lounge hosts networking and education, and the Coffee Design Award and Best New Product Competition put new packaging, equipment and retail concepts in front of buyers. A lecture and workshop programme runs alongside the trade floor, and the UAE National Championships are held at the show.
Who buys at World of Coffee Dubai
Visitors include cafe and roastery owners, hotel and restaurant food and beverage buyers, green coffee importers and traders, equipment distributors, and retail chain buyers sourcing for the GCC, the wider Middle East and Africa. Barista competitors and coffee professionals attending the championships add a second audience that walks every aisle.

What a stand at World of Coffee Dubai needs
Almost every stand here serves coffee, which makes it a services-first build. Espresso machines, grinders and water boilers draw far more power than a standard stand socket, and a roasting demo needs its own supply, so the electrical order to DWTC has to match the equipment list before the design is finished. Water and drainage arrive at fixed points on the hall floor, so the bar counter goes where the connection lands, not where it looks best on a sketch.
The bar itself should be counter height, with the machine facing the aisle and a solid, wipeable top, because spills are constant. Build in a sink, space for a milk fridge, and closed storage for beans and cups. A cupping table needs clear space on all sides so a group can stand around it. If you plan to roast on the stand, extraction and organiser approval come first. Space-only plots at this show need the full build, which is what we do.
