About Gulfood Manufacturing
Gulfood Manufacturing is the largest industrial F&B trade show in the MENA region. The 2026 edition occupies 21 halls at DWTC, including Za’abeel Halls, Sheikh Saeed Halls, Sheikh Maktoum Hall, Sheikh Rashid Hall, and the Trade Centre Arena. It’s organised by Dubai World Trade Centre LLC and runs as a sister event to Gulfood (the consumer F&B show held in February).
The show carries weight because the UAE has been pushing food security as national policy, with significant investment in domestic food production capacity. Gulfood Manufacturing is where the supply chain that supports this expansion (machinery, ingredients, packaging, automation, logistics) does its annual business. The co-located FoodTech Summit brings senior decision-makers from F&B engineering, manufacturing, policy, and investment to the venue.

Gulfood Manufacturing is organised across five sectors. Processing covers production lines, X-ray inspection, thermal systems, cutting and moulding equipment, dosing systems, and lab-grade quality testing. Packaging includes aseptic systems, bottling lines, form-fill-seal technology, modified atmosphere packaging, vacuum sealing, smart labelling, and sustainable materials. Ingredients spans functional and bio-engineered ingredients, enzyme preparations, stabilisers, flavours, essential oils, sweetening systems, and clean-label formulation. Automation and Control brings sensors, robotics, SCADA, IoT networks, digital twins, and image recognition. Supply Chain covers AGVs, conveyor systems, cold storage, blockchain traceability, and predictive forecasting tools.
