GulfHost 2026 runs 3-5 November at Dubai World Trade Centre, in Za’abeel Halls 4-6. It is the region’s hospitality and foodservice equipment show, and the organiser reports 350+ exhibitors from 35+ countries and 25,000+ qualified buyers.
About GulfHost
GulfHost is organised by Dubai World Trade Centre and covers the equipment and supplies behind hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering operations across the Middle East and Africa. It is co-located with Gulfood Manufacturing, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East, so buyers walking GulfHost have the wider food supply chain (manufacturing, packaging, ingredients and private label sourcing) in the same venue on the same days.
The 2026 edition is built around the pressures operators face right now: rising energy and food costs, supply chain disruption and the push to run kitchens with fewer staff. Expect smart kitchen systems, AI-driven ovens, connected refrigeration, energy-efficient equipment and compact, high-output kit for cloud and delivery-only kitchens.
What’s on the show floor
GulfHost is organised across five sectors. Front of House covers restaurant and bar equipment, buffetware, display cabinets, serving essentials, uniforms, menu systems, furniture, fit-out and lighting. Back of House brings commercial kitchen equipment, bakery and confectionery machines, cooking stations and ovens, warming and chilling cabinets, fryers, grills and chef’s knives. Tableware and Furnishings spans cutlery, glassware, crockery, porcelain, linens and table accessories. Café and Counter covers coffee machines, roasting and espresso equipment, juice and smoothie makers, teaware and bar accessories. HoReCa Solutions rounds it out with billing and POS systems, software, packaging, safety and firefighting, and access control.
Who buys at GulfHost
The show is trade-only and not open to the general public. Buyers come from hotels and resorts, restaurant groups, cafés, bakeries, catering and flight catering companies, hospitals, universities, cruise lines, hypermarkets, distributors, food consultants and interior designers. Buyer companies at the previous edition included Marriott, Hilton, Accor, IHG, Jumeirah, Kempinski, Emirates Flight Catering, dnata, Americana, Alshaya and Spinneys, and the organiser reports buyers from 150+ countries.
Notable GulfHost exhibitors
Exhibitors featured by the organiser include Ali Group, Middleby, UNOX, Tecnodom, Henny Penny, Falcon, Bravilor, Jetinno and Precision Refrigeration, alongside regional distributors and specialist suppliers across all five sectors.
