Top 10 Exhibitions in Dubai 2026: The September to December Roadmap
The last four months of 2026 carry the busiest run of shows in the Dubai calendar.
Between now and the end of November, Arabian Travel Market, Beautyworld, Gulfood Manufacturing and Big 5 Global all open at DWTC, and GITEX Global closes the year at Expo City in December. Several 2026 shows moved this year, so check the dates below against your space booking before you sign a build contract.
Below is the calendar for the rest of 2026, with dates taken from the organisers as of 9 September 2026. New Royal, your exhibition stand builder in Dubai, builds every stand in our own Al Quoz workshop, so the date you book with us is the date we build to.

1. Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026
- Timeline: 14 to 17 September 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Travel & Tourism
The undisputed benchmark for the global travel industry. Tourism boards and hotel chains compete with massive, immersive double-decker stands. This is where the travel world meets to sign contracts for the coming year.
2. Seamless Middle East 2026
- Timeline: 22 to 24 September 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Digital Commerce & Fintech
The future of payments, e-commerce, and retail tech happens here. Seamless is a high-energy show where stands with LED walls, interactive demos and clean modern lines are the norm, so a plain build gets ignored.
3. Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026
- Timeline: 28 to 30 September 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Education, Training & Careers
Closing September, Ru’ya is the UAE’s national careers fair: government entities, banks, airlines and large employers competing for Emirati talent under one roof. Stands here are judged by ministers and CEOs on the opening morning, so the build has to look finished, not assembled.

4. Beautyworld Middle East 2026
- Timeline: 6 to 8 October 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Cosmetics, Fragrance & Spa
Visually spectacular and highly competitive. Beautyworld is one of the top beauty trade fairs globally. Stands here require high-end finishing, perfect lighting (for makeup demos), and experiential zones.
5. The Airport Show 2026
- Timeline: 12 to 14 October 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Aviation & Logistics
With the Al Maktoum International Airport expansion in full swing, this event is critical for construction, security, and logistics vendors. It is the world’s largest annual airport event, co-located with the Global Airport Leaders’ Forum.
6. WETEX 2026
- Timeline: 20 to 22 October 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Water, Energy & Sustainability
Organised by DEWA, WETEX is the water, energy and environment show that follows Middle East Energy by seven weeks. Exhibitors bring working equipment, so floor loading, power feeds and cable routing decide the stand layout before the finishes do. If you exhibited at Middle East Energy in September, this is the show to reuse that stand at.
7. ArabLab 2026
- Timeline: 26 to 28 October 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Science & Chemicals
ArabLab is the laboratory and analytical industry’s trade show for the Middle East, Africa and the Indian subcontinent. Stands carry benchtop instruments and live demos, so power, ventilation and counter heights go into the drawings on day one.
8. Gulfood Manufacturing 2026
- Timeline: 3 to 5 November 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Food Processing & Packaging
The factory of the future. Separate from the main Gulfood show, this event focuses on the machinery, ingredients, and packaging solutions that power the industry. It is the ideal venue for large-scale machinery displays.
9. Big 5 Global 2026
- Timeline: 23 to 26 November 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
- Sector: Construction & Building Materials
The construction industry’s main show in Dubai closes the exhibition season. Stands are large and product-heavy, and many are double-deck, so structural drawings and DWTC approvals need to start weeks before the build. If you are booking now, secure the build slot first and refine the design after.

10. GITEX Global 2026
\n\n\n\n- \n
- Timeline: 8 to 11 December 2026 (GITEX Summit on 7 December) \n\n\n\n
- Venue: Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai \n\n\n\n
- Sector: Technology \n
The largest show of the year and the last one on the calendar. GITEX now runs at Expo City, so hall access, delivery windows and approvals follow Expo City rules, not DWTC habits. Book the build early: December workshop slots go first, and a stand that arrives late at GITEX is not a stand.
